Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a leading manufacturer in the audiology sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores.

About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a receptive customer base, building strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers. You will sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments and be responsible for managing a corporate account base in the Midlands.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry or an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales. You will also need a passion and aptitude for selling technical products, strong account management and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel and spend occasional nights away.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive basic salary with a performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary, 10% pension, fully expensed company car, fuel card, and 26 days annual leave plus stats.
