Audiology Sales Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance, a leading manufacturer in the audiology sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, selling high-quality hearing instruments to key audiology retail stores, and building strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers.

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technical products, develop your sales skills, and build a strong reputation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell high-quality hearing instruments to key audiology retail stores
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry or an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
- A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Able to travel and spend occasional nights away
What We Offer:
- £40,000 basic salary with performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary
- 10% pension
- Fully expensed company car, fuel card
- 26 days annual leave + stats
