About the Role
Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Support Worker. This is a full-time position, with 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will support children with dual sensory loss, providing one-to-one assistance in various settings, including educational environments and social activities.

About You
We are looking for someone with a can-do approach, who can engage and build positive relationships with children and young people. A willingness to work towards additional qualifications, such as Makaton and British Sign Language, is essential. As a member of our team, you will contribute to a collaborative ethos and help us deliver a high-quality service to our clients.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £20.54 per hour on Saturdays and £26.72 on Sundays and bank holidays. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave allowance, and auto-enrolment onto our pension scheme.
