Career Opportunity: Culinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at ESS, a leading provider of food and beverage services. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals that exceed our clients' expectations.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and cook delicious meals for our clients and customers
  • Oversee menu planning and implementation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu ideas and concepts
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Represent ESS and promote our brand values to clients and customers

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
