Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, specifically for items sent to repair depots across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve the performance of 8 European repair vendors, focusing on delivering best-in-class customer service and optimising operational efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards to analyse service delivery and costs, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Provide on-site support to vendors, driving improvements in turnaround performance and process efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimise operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across Europe, with occasional overnight stays.
