Job Title: Classroom Educator

Protocol Education is seeking a skilled Classroom Educator to join our team in the East of England, Essex, Brentwood area.

Job Type:

This is a temporary position, with the possibility of extension to full-time hours.

Primary Industry:

Education and Training

Salary:

£140 - £220 per day, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Benefits:

£50 referral fee for successful referrals.

Job Duties:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school programmes.
  • Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students.
