Secondary Education Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking a qualified and dedicated Secondary Education Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a General Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in various subjects, providing continuity in education during staff absences, and managing classroom behaviour in accordance with the school's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum across various subjects.
- Provide continuity in education during staff absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school's policies.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
- Support students' learning and development, ensuring progress is maintained.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject area.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of educational settings.
- A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
