About the Role:
As a Document Management Specialist at Galliford Try Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating easy retrieval by site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent support to project teams by capturing design and contemporary information within our systems.
• Drive Information Management (IM) Compliance within your project(s).
• Regularly engage with H&S/Quality Teams to ensure aligned protocols.

• Ensure company and project information management protocols are followed, including the IMP and BEP.
• Create and maintain all registers, guaranteeing their accuracy prior to internal and external auditing.
• Distribute the latest revision of live design documentation to relevant disciplines within set timescales.
• Control and maintain design information in a methodical manner, issuing reports as required.
• Invite consultants and sub-contractors into our system(s), ensuring they attend training days.
• Generate monthly system reports on Security Group, System usage etc.
