Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex construction projects, ensuring commercial success, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Deliver exceptional project management support, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to the leadership of a diverse, multi-disciplinary professional team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Client Relationships: Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including project timelines, risk assessments, and other key documentation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Utilize efficient communication strategies to enhance project delivery, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Actively contribute to the internal team's success, consistently seeking ways to add value and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide support to colleagues on large, complex projects, and assist in fostering repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Solid technical project management expertise, backed by relevant experience in the construction sector.
  • Skills: A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation applicable to the UK construction industry.
  • Personal Qualities: A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, with a focus on delivering high-quality project support and outcomes.
