Financial Administrator

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in financial administration who takes pride in delivering exceptional support to financial advisers, liaising with providers, and ensuring a high standard of service for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Assist financial advisers with tasks such as booking meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating events.
- Client Relations: Respond promptly to client queries via phone, email, or post, and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Workload Management: Monitor team workloads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Departmental Oversight: Support the manager with departmental oversight, project work, process improvements, and complaint handling.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience as a Financial Administrator, with exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex cases.
- Technical Skills: Confidence in using programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
