Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Assistant Manager to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisers and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the mail and respond to queries with a high level of professionalism
  • Update client files and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including preparing reports and maintaining records
  • Prepare client valuations and recommendation reports with attention to detail
  • Process new and existing business reports with accuracy and efficiency
  • Deal with external providers and professionals in a professional manner
  • Process questionnaires, recording and filing as appropriate
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings with clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IFA environment essential
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A thorough understanding of IFA terminology and regulations
