Job Description: We are seeking an Educational Assistant to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) department. As an Educational Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational activities and experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum
  • Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Monitor and report on student progress
  • Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Grade 4(C) or above in GCSE Maths and English
  • Awareness of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
  • Experience of working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30, term-time only

This is a temporary position initially, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful introductory period.
