Job Overview: Risk Monitoring Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Monitoring Executive to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Financial Services client's compliance department, you will be responsible for overseeing first-line activities from a second-line perspective and driving business improvement through effective risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an annual compliance monitoring plan to identify and mitigate risks
- Oversee agreed monitoring activities, including scoping, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide compliance advice on monitoring, standards, and processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a compliance role within Financial Services
- Strong exposure to completing compliance monitoring reviews
- In-depth knowledge of the FCA handbook and financial services regulatory framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What We Offer:
