Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team in Durham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Assist clients with medication management and provide emotional support.
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
