Howdens is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the proactive and preventative maintenance of our manufacturing equipment, services, and utilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in using CNC machinery, edge polishers, and extraction plants, as well as knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and Pilz Safety PLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive and preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown maintenance, and continual improvement projects. They will also be expected to support and engage with lean manufacturing principles.
The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes within an FMCG environment, as well as experience with computerised maintenance management systems. NVQ Level 3 is essential.

Key skills and experience required for the Electrical Engineer:
- Experience in using CNC machinery
