Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nottingham, NG14

Salary: £39,300 + shift allowance + OT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts, Days, Afternoons & Nights 40 hours per week.

Purpose of the Role:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will handle daily mechanical and electrical engineering tasks within the plant.

  • Attend and resolve machine breakdowns, diagnosing electrical or mechanical failures.
  • Lead on all Planned Maintenance activities.
  • Provide engineering cover to meet business demands.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all departments to facilitate quick reactive solutions and ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime and support tasks that enhance plant performance.
  • Actively participate in maintaining and improving site housekeeping standards.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Recognised electrical qualification - Apprentice trained, Level 3 BTEC or above.
  • Inspection & Testing qualification is ideal.
