Blom and Blom is an independent day nursery seeking a highly skilled Nursery Manager to lead their team in Beaconsfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monitoring, planning, and development of the nursery setting to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations.
  • Promote a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment that supports equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice.
  • Supervise, support, and review staff development and performance to maintain high-quality childcare services.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery.
Requirements
  • Early Years Degree or relevant childcare qualification such as CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, or recognised equivalent.
  • A minimum 18 months' experience in nursery management, demonstrating sound knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000.00 per annum, negotiable based on experience, along with a generous benefits package including pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance.
