Job Title: Childcare Director

Location: Beaconsfield

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Childcare Director to lead our independent day nursery in Beaconsfield. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months management experience, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.

About the Role:

The Childcare Director will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, planning, and development of the nursery setting. This will include promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice, supervising and reviewing staff development and performance, and developing and maintaining professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Years or relevant childcare qualification
  • A minimum 18 months management experience in a nursery setting
  • A sound understanding of the Ofsted standards and requirements
  • A sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
