About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Solutions Architect to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating requirements development sessions, analyzing customer needs, and designing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Development: Collaborate with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to provide expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Discovery Workshops: Lead discovery workshops, including facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
  • Process Reengineering: Organize and drive process reengineering sessions to identify and address customer pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Business Process Modelling: Perform business process modelling, user experience modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming to develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Technical Solution Development: Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution to meet customer needs.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading sales and marketing transformation projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Must have experience in the Insurance industry and be familiar with Salesforce configuration and custom development.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools, and Salesforce Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certification.
