About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Solutions Architect to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating requirements development sessions, analyzing customer needs, and designing solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement requirements development strategies for each customer engagement
- Lead discovery workshops, including facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components
- Design and implement solutions to meet customer business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, RightNow, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools
- SF Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certification
- SF Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ
