Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for fire safety and compliance? We're seeking a Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager to join our team and help us provide comprehensive fire compliance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a range of fire safety products and maintenance contract services to clients across various industries.
  • Manage a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while also seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive fire compliance sales and achieve new business targets.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary to £65,000 (dependent on area and sales record).
  • £6,000 car allowance or the option of a company car.
  • Attractive commission structure.
  • A supportive work environment with a focus on team collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven UK experience in fire compliance sales, preferably within the fire safety, fire detection, fire protection, or fire compliance industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to bring in new business (80%) and develop leads (20%).
