Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Beccles. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown services on operational equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement preventative and autonomous maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Respond to breakdowns as required by the shift team leader, prioritizing swift resolution to minimize downtime
* Communicate relevant information to engineering team leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Adhere to health and safety protocols and hygiene rules at all times, maintaining a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a focus on autonomous and preventative maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
