Job Details
This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team as an Automotive Repair Estimator. You will be working in a fast-paced bodyshop environment, collaborating with insurance companies and customers to provide exceptional service and outcomes.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and estimate costs accurately.
- Utilize the bodyshop management system to manage workflows, communicate effectively, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring all work meets manufacturer and company standards.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Educated to ATA or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Damage Assessment or equivalent.
