About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at Resource on Demand. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that help nonprofit organizations achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of nonprofit organizations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
Requirements
  • At least one Salesforce Architect certification
  • Commercial background working in the nonprofit sector or personal experience of volunteering within the nonprofit sector
  • Hands-on experience of working on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Ability to work with and manage stakeholders from all levels (technical and non-technical)
  • Highly passionate about the nonprofit sector and knowledgeable around fundraising / donation activities
