As a Client Relationship Manager at Innova Market Insights, you will be responsible for building and enhancing long-term business relationships within your assigned territory. You will identify client needs, address business challenges, and leverage your excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional results.
Salary: We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 $95,000 - $115,000, including uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance.
Job Description:
- Negotiate and secure contracts to achieve industry-leading renewal rates and expand account value through additional products or services.
- Develop strategic business plans for each account, collaborating with our support team to manage client interactions and understand insight needs.
- Network extensively within assigned accounts, connecting with various contacts across client organizational structures.
- Demonstrate ROI on a monthly or quarterly basis to support the renewal and enrichment process.
- Maintain a proactive engagement plan to foster continuous interaction and growth with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of successful sales, marketing, or customer service/account management experience.
- Prior B2B sales experience (food and beverage industry knowledge is beneficial).
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
