About the Role

This role involves working as an Ad-hoc Field Merchandiser with Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising and sales activities across various retail locations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate product placement to enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Update prices based on inventory and market conditions to optimize sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimal store displays.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales areas and introduce new products to customers.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers to drive business growth.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions to track progress.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access for regular travel between stores.
  • Computer literacy with mobile device and internet access to perform tasks efficiently.
