The role will involve providing cover as needed, including annual leave or sick leave. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, as directed by senior nursing staff
- Develop tailored care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for residents

Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices
- Ability to work autonomously, while also being part of a close-knit team
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines

What We Offer
- Competitive pay, ranging from £32,000 to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
