Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our Fire and Security team in Hull. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our residents and properties by conducting fire risk assessments and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Produce and maintain reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address fire safety concerns.
- Raise awareness of fire risks and promote fire safety measures to ensure a culture of safety within the organisation.
- Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Recent experience in a similar role, such as Fire Risk Surveyor or Fire Safety Officer.
- Proven track record of conducting fire risk assessments in the social housing or construction sector.
- Knowledge of fire regulations, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
