Facilities Operations Director

Fundamental to the success of our PFI TFM contract in Leeds, we are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Operations Director to lead on-site operations and manage a team of staff and sub-contractors. As the key point of contact for all services including M&E, HVAC, Cleaning etc, you will ensure delivery to the highest standard within agreed contractual timings and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of onsite staff and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality services.
- Lead on auditing operations to maintain compliance and budget adherence.
- Provide reporting and develop service schedules.
- Collaborate with Health and Safety teams to report non-conformities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working in a PFI environment, specifically across a TFM site. A strong understanding of compliance, Health and Safety, and service delivery practices is essential. Holding an OSH certificate and knowledge of CDM regulations would be advantageous. You should possess effective communication skills and be able to manage engagements at all levels. Due to the nature of the site, passing a high-level Police Security Check is mandatory.
