We are seeking a results-driven Facilities Operations Leader to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance management, with a strong background in leadership, organizational skills, and technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. They will be able to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, lead a team of maintenance staff, and coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of all aspects of building maintenance
  • Development and implementation of maintenance schedules
  • Leadership and supervision of maintenance staff
  • Coordination with external contractors for specialized repairs
  • Maintenance of accurate records of maintenance activities
