About This Opportunity

Growing our branch teams is crucial to our success at GSF Car Parts. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to take on a leadership role, working closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer relationships, and achieve our monthly targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Advisor team to deliver exceptional sales performance, margin, and profit results.
  • Monitor and manage Sales Advisors against their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate daily with the team, providing updates on performance, offering constructive feedback, and recognizing excellence.
  • Encourage a solution-based customer service mentality and ensure the team delivers excellent customer experiences.

We're looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment. You'll have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage a diverse team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
