About the Role

At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, customer relationships, and branch performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Sales Advisor team to achieve daily sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to implement branch promotions and initiatives, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of work and appearance.

About You

We're looking for an experienced sales and customer service professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. You'll have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
