Recruitment Coordinator

At Haven Holidays, we're seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the full recruitment cycle, from advertising job vacancies to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support local recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent.
  • Assist in onboarding new starters, including scheduling inductions and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the People Administrator with administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail.
  • Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Ability to complete work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Driven and able to multitask under pressure.
