Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from advertising job vacancies to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Talent screening: review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Candidate experience: ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Local recruitment campaigns: assist in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.
  • Support new starters: help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Recruitment administration: maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and up to date.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail.
  • A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see it through to completion.
  • The ability to complete work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be driven and able to multitask under pressure.
