Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for our clients in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical systems for oil and gas projects, including topsides electrical design and engineering for green and brown field development up to 13.8kV.
- Specify and purchase ASD/VSD equipment for downhole pumps and Transformer equipment for offshore installations.
- Work with clients to understand their electrical system requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure that electrical systems are designed and implemented safely and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that electrical systems are installed and commissioned correctly.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical drawings.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry with a proven track record of delivering electrical systems projects.
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements, including those related to Health & Safety, PUWER, and LOLER.
- Educated to a minimum of HND or equivalent standard in Electrical Engineering.
- Holder of a full UK driving license.
