About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. You'll assist with personal care, manage medication, and provide practical support with daily tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide practical support with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Help clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support.
