Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements
