Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Goodwood Estate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire our team to provide outstanding service and quality food
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver innovative and locally sourced menu options
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of health and safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
