DOF Subsea Atlantic is seeking an experienced professional to join our CSVs and support the delivery of subsea projects in the Atlantic region. This role will suit someone with a strong background in offshore subsea construction, decommissioning or IRM projects. As a Field-Based Engineer, you will work on a rota basis, spending up to 6 weeks at a time onboard the vessel. We are looking for a candidate with excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

About the Role

  • Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance project delivery.
  • Support mobilizations and demobilizations of offshore construction vessels.
  • Contribute to task plan preparation and equipment readiness for offshore project execution.
  • Perform ad-hoc engineering checks during change management.

Key Requirements

  1. A proven track record of procedure writing and checking for subsea project delivery.
  2. Offshore experience as a project engineer or field engineer on CSV/DSV.
  3. Mobilization and demobilization of offshore construction vessels.
  4. An enthusiasm for problem-solving and a flexible attitude.

Benefits and Salary
