Your Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Acumen - Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
  • Customer Service - Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, with expert knowledge and support from our retail team.
  • People Management - Empower and develop your colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Visual Merchandising - Create visually appealing displays and window displays that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Operational Excellence - Ensure that the store is running smoothly and safely, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
