Theatre Practitioner - Recovery

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Wellington Hospital, a leading provider of private healthcare in the UK. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres and providing exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a state-of-the-art theatre environment. You will be responsible for supporting individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the theatre team to deliver safe and effective patient care
  • Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues
  • Ensure safety for patients and colleagues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

12 months' experience in theatre recoveryCurrent HCPC/NMC registrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer
