We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Wellington Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our theatre department.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Theatre Practitioner. You will be responsible for supporting individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and effective patient care
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues
- Ensure safety for patients and colleagues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the theatre setting and be currently registered with the HCPC/NMC. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
