As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Haven, the Head of Food and Beverage will be responsible for leading a large Food and Beverage team across all outlets on Park. This includes Bars, Restaurants, and Takeaway brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership to the Food and Beverage team, setting clear goals and expectations, and motivating the team to achieve outstanding results and develop a high-performing team.
- Interact with guests, build trusted relationships with owners, and address both their needs and concerns. Handle escalated guest issues and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Continuously assess departmental performance and implement improvements, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all departmental activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting departmental achievements, challenges, and future plans.
