About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at the National Residential Landlords Association - NRLA. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for creating reports and data visualizations to help us make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reports using Power BI Desktop to provide insights into our business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate their requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain our Data Warehouse using ETL/ELT techniques and technologies to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to our team members.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with our production systems.
Requirements
  • University degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in a data-related role, preferably with a focus on business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
