About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Birmingham or Oxford. As a leading consultancy, we deliver premium-quality commercial fit-out projects across various sectors, including corporate, retail, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple fit-out projects, coordinating between clients, contractors, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Take charge of delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and project specifications are fully met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
Requirements:
- Pre and post contract experience managing fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects across a range of sectors on projects up to £25m.
- Must have experience of having worked in a consultancy background in a property or real estate business.
- Experience in an Associate Director/Senior Project Management role.
- A technical understanding and working experience of Agreement for Leases, Purchase Agreements, and Development Agreements and negotiations.
- Experienced in a variety of different methods of procurement and forms of construction contracts, specifically JCT DB.
Qualifications:
- BSc or BA Degree qualified in Surveying, Construction, and/or Engineering.
- MRICS in Building Surveying or Project Management.
