About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the Brandling Arms. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service, using your excellent communication skills.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Lead your team to deliver memorable moments that wow our guests, driving repeat business and loyalty.
