Job Summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Personal Injury team. As a Junior Associate/Associate, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of pre-lit and litigated Fast Track and Multi-Track Disease claims up to a value of £500,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including drafting court documents and instructing counsel and experts as necessary.
  • Assess liability and quantum, and prepare reports and advice for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Solicitor in personal injury litigation, ideally with an EL/Disease background.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional manner and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
