About the Role:

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team in a mobile position covering South West Wales. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in high street retail and banking sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot air conditioning systems to identify potential problems and implement solutions.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on air conditioning systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect and diagnose air conditioning systems for any potential issues, providing expert advice on system upgrades and replacements.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
  • May be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multideck, or ice machines.

Requirements:

  • NVQ2 in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning is required.
  • Current driving license is essential for mobile work.
  • Willingness to participate in an On-Call Rota is necessary for emergency service calls.
  • Experience with installation and servicing of Splits, Multi Splits, and VRF systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, including VRF/VRV/Splits/AHU's/Walk-in Cold rooms/Water Chillers/Ice Machines, is essential.
