As a key member of our mobile maintenance team, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems in various commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and reliability of these critical systems.
Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, chillers, and other related plant.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum).
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 certification (essential).
- Proven experience working within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety procedures, permit to work systems, and safe working practices.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, working at heights, and confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive salary up to £40,107.
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
