Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Trainee. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
  • Run 1:1 and small group interventions for students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties

Requirements:

  • Must hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1
  • Strong academics at GCSE and A-Level
  • Confident, proactive, and bubbly
  • Calm and compassionate
  • Strong communication skills
